Lawrence Zukof (Larry) has performed extensively with numerous renowned professional performing groups on recorder, voice, and viola da gamba. He toured the US and Europe with the Boston Camerata and has been a recorder soloist with the Civic Orchestra of Boston, Orchestra New England, the Baroque Orchestra of Holy Lutheran and Trinity Church (NYC), and the Southern CT Camerata. He has sung with the Pro-Arte Singers, Connecticut’s professional chamber choir and with Yale Camerata, the Yale Chamber Chorus and sings at the historic Center Church on the New Haven Green.
Larry is a long-time guest workshop leader for various ARS chapters in the NY metro and NE regions and is currently the music director of the Eastern CT Recorder Society, He is on faculty at Pinewoods Early Music week (music director from 2015-2017), and has taught at Amherst Early Music Festival, Ann Arbor Recorder Festival, for the North American Virtual Recorder Society, Junior Recorder Society and other workshops. Larry currently makes semi-annual visits to Maine through the ARS Traveling Teacher Program, working with recorders, string players and singers. He teaches privately and at the Neighborhood Music School (New Haven, CT).
Larry received his Master of Music degree from the New England Conservatory of Music (Boston, MA) in early music (recorder, viola da gamba, and voice) and continues his musical journey as a passionate violin student playing with the Civic Orchestra of New Haven.

Priscilla Herreid plays period wind instruments with some of the finest ensembles in the US and abroad. A longtime member of Piffaro the Renaissance Band, Priscilla is now their Artistic Director, having begun her leadership of the preeminent ensemble in the 2022-2023 season. Recent appearances include The Handel + Haydn Society, Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, Tenet Vocal Artists, The Dark Horse Consort, The Sebastians, The Metropolitan Opera, The Gabrieli Consort, and The Boston Early Music Festival Orchestra. Priscilla also accompanies silent films with Hesperus, sings the Latin Mass in New York City and CT, and was part of the onstage band for Twelfth Night and Richard III on Broadway. Priscilla’s playing has been called “downright amazing” by The Philadelphia Inquirer, and The New York Times has praised her “soaring recorder, gorgeously played…”
Miyo Aoki is a dedicated recorder player and teacher, performing music ranging from medieval to modern and teaching students of all ages and levels. She is a member of the Farallon Recorder Quartet and has performed in the US, Germany, and Poland, with groups including The Eurasia Consort, Utopia Early Music, and Gamut Bach Ensemble; and at the Amherst Early Music Festival, Bloomington Early Music Festival and Whidbey Island Music Festival. She has premiered works by contemporary composers Natalie Williams, Agnes Dorwarth and Adam Haws, and in recent years she was delighted to play with the Boise Philharmonic, Seattle Symphony and Oregon Symphony, respectively, in performances of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. In addition to private lessons, she teaches regularly for Seattle Historical Arts for Kids and at workshops around the country, including the Port Townsend Early Music Workshop, SFEMS Recorder Workshop, Amherst Early Music Festival, Early Music Week at Pinewoods, and Hidden Valley Early Music Workshop. Miyo holds a KAZ Diplom (Artist Diploma) from the Hochschule für Künste in Bremen, Germany, where she studied with Professor Han Tol, and degrees in both early music performance and mathematics from Indiana University, where she studied with Professor Eva Legêne.
Letitia Berlin is a founding member of Calextone, the Bertamo Trio, and the Farallon Recorder Quartet. Ms. Berlin has also performed as a soloist with the Atlanta Baroque Orchestra, the San Francisco Symphony, and the North Carolina Baroque Orchestra. Ms. Berlin received her Bachelor of Music in piano performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and her Master of Arts in Early Music Performance Practices from Case Western Reserve University. She is a sought-after instructor at early music workshops around the country. She loves teaching online!
